Hotel Pennsylvania
The Hotel Pennsylvania is located on 7th Avenue, between 32nd and 33rd Streets, in midtown Manhattan. This is our fourth conference at the Hotel.
The conference rate is $125 per night for a single, double, triple, or quad room. Call +1 (PEnnsylvania 6-5000) to make a reservation. You may, however, be able to find better rates elsewhere on the web.

Note that the hotel is full for the Fifth HOPE weekend, but you may still be able to reserve a room if you tell them that you're part of The Fifth HOPE. See the 2600 News article for details, or if even that doesn't work, see our list of AlternativeHotels.
Travelers Tip: Apparently in the USA, if you call any hotel and you ask for "The cheapest rate" (using those words), the hotel is required to quote you the cheapest rate available including all possible discounts. I do not know how well this is observed by hotels in general, but I have used it before with fair success. -PorkChop
